Comparision between companies act 2013 and the old company act relevant for exam in Nov 2014

if suppose in may 2014 final exam out of 8 papers i get exemption in 1 paper, suppose i secure 60 + in isca and fail in rest subject is it necessary to carry forward the exemption in isca for nov 2014 exam??

(as i thnk i can get rank in nov 2014 exam but i want to give a try for may 2014 exam as whether i give the exam or or it will be counted as my attempt so in case i get an exemption i dont want to c/f it to next attempt on the expectation to secure a rank)

a shop is owned by three persons A, B and C

My client has taken that shop on Rent and he pays monthly rent rs.50000/- as follows.
To A-Rs.20000 (240000 pa)
To B-15000 (180000 pa)
To C-15000 (180000 pa)

My question:
Is Tax required to be deducted on payment made to A,B,C ?

i have cleared IPCC-I in nov 2012 and i havent cleared my group-ii. i would like to ask till when i should clear my group-ii to get eligible for final nov 2015 exams. If i clear my group-ii in may 2015 can i appear in nov 2015 final exams..

My name is Samanth doing Articleship along with Bcom.so that I have submitted form112 while registration of my Articleship after that I came to know that my timings of Bcom were clashing with Articleship
So some of my friends suggesting that to discontinue Bcom.
Somebody are telling to write a letter to ICAI that changing of timings of Bcom
But my opinion that to send an email to ICAI stating that doing corresponding Bcom not a regular Bcom can I do like that pls suggest me

i have registered under a firm w.e.f from 18 april 2014 so as to save my 6 months for ca final attempt and i am appearing for second group ipcc in june 2014.

i want to ask wether i will be able to get transfer to a differnt firm easily or there will be complications due to this.

(i have not started working in the registered firm)

C)Ca munish Bhandari 4.)Siddharth Agarwal
I want a teacher with makes good conceptual clarity.Also I will be looking for other over munish bhandari as I don't want to spend much on these subject. Also ca amit bachawat takes compulsory audit with law.Is it worth joining them instead of munish bhandari? recommend on the basis of preferences and thanks in advance.
