Capital gain

A person sold a flat in Dec-2015 and kept the proceeds in saving bank account instead of capital gain scheme account and later purchased a new flat in july 2017( within two years of sale ) for which he utilised all the amount which he kept in saving account , so is he eligible to take benifit of sec.54??

goods received for job work

Sir, A registered dealer purchased goods from manufacturer and send the same goods directly to us (another registered manufacturer) for job work purpose. Can the dealer send goods on invoice of goods purchased from manufacturer and directly shipped to job worker for job work?

Query related with itr filling

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have a query related to filling of ITR for A.Y-2017-2018 of an individual. I want to know that an individual having salary income and he also provide consultancy services and received fees after deduction of TDS form party. He has some other income related to FD interest and saving account interest as his total income.

Which ITR he should file for A.Y 2017-18 please let me know.
In A.Y-2016-2017 he has filled ITR-4 , if he now file other ITR instead of ITR-4 thus it will create any problem for him

Invoicing system in return

Dear Sir/ Madam
My Question is-
A is a manufacturing Co. in U.P. and B is a Depot in U.P.
A send all manufactured goods (Finished goods) to B (depot) through Delivery Challan & B sale it all over India, But now and then goods sale from A (Manufacturing Co.) through Invoice, Now i want to know how to fill the Sale summery in GST return? I mean difference in Invoice Series & what about delivery challan too.?

Interest taxability

Sir,
An assess he is a salaried person, purchased 54EC bond on 31.03.2014 worth Rs. 250,000 and its matured on 31.03.2017 worth Rs 295,000.00 . I want to know the amount (295,000.00-250,000.00)= 45,000.00 i.e interest amount taxable or not? and which ITR have to file ? please help me about this matter.

Rcm liability on cash

EXPERTS,
RCM LIABILITY WILL BE PAID BY CASH ONLY. BUT IF RCM LIABILITY ABOVE 10 THOUSAND (10K) THEN HOW WE WILL DEPOSIT IT THROUGH CASH BECAUSE WE CAN DEPOSIT GST ONLY 10 THOUSAND.

Credit balances of debtor

out of all debtors some have little amount as credit balance. My question is that when showing them in the balance sheet whether I should show adjusted amount as debtor or only debit balances as debtors and balance as advance received??
