some one please tell me that i have filed the dvat return for the month of august .
but the problem is that due to misunder standing i have deposit the local tax of amount 24865/- instead of central liablities , now we have deposit the central tax as well now i want to take refund of local 24865/- and revised the return please tell me could i take refund of access amount .
local refund :- 71087
central tax :- 95952
tax paid :- 49730 ( central & local )
access paid :- 24865
I am Employee in Company.I have Submit My Hospital Bills to Company for Reimbursement,but my company demand me a "copy of Income Tax exemption certificate accorded to hospital" but hospital don't have a certificate & hospital Authority Refuse to give me above certificate,so what I am do now?

One of my fried educational society earned a gross receipt of 29 lakhs can we claim exemption u/s 10(23c)iii ad?
If an Educational Society paid a tax of 100,000/- in PY can the society eligible for apply of 12A?
1.can CIT revise an order under section 264 one matter of which is subject matter of appeal with tribunal.
2.can at a time assessee can go for appeal to tribunal and revision under section 264 on different matter.
say two expenses A & B disallowed by AO then-
1.can Assessee file an appeal to tribunal for exp A.
2.can he make application to CIT for revision of order for expenses B under section 264.

one of our client is broker of transport of goods .he is getting rent amt from the X co after deduction TDS, the same amt is paid to the person from whom we hired the truck.and we receives brokerage form him .
