How to draft AGM notice and AGM resolution

I wanted to ask that a game or software we purchase from a store is just purchasing a license to use that software according to the End User License Agreement(EULA) we accept while installing..

But we dont actually agree to anything while buying as we dont even know the terms and dont have any means to know the terms of EULA of the game/software.And if a company bans a user from using that software in terms with one clause of EULA than what is the legal position on that as user never agreed or had known the terms while paying full amount for the software and game.
and even if he wanted to there is no way for the same..

1. Can we issue the New TDS certificates with Correct PAN deatils without revising TDS returns ?

2. Does we need to revise the return suo-moto without being asked by IT department but instead being requested by our vendors who are being denied the credit by IT department due to wrong PAN details put in by us.

Is there any remedy available for vendors without asking us to revise the TDS return ?

3. How can we revise the TDS return for revious years only for correction of PAN details. HAs it to be revised Quaterly ? Can it be revised only for the details need to be corrected ? or suggest any other convinient procedure for revising it ?

Please see the following :

Though I have filled the Form 20B with appropriate address in full with pin code, the company master details were not updated as per the details given in Form 20B.

In company master details, the pin code field is blank without capturing the details of Form 20B.

Query 1

How do we rectify such problem, as now, it is not possible for the company to wait till the next filing of Form 20B ?

Query 2

The said company wants to be a subscriber for a new proposed company.

As the pin code field is blank in company master details, the Form 1 cannot be prefilled (by entering CIN) for pin code details.

In view of the mandatory field 'pin code' not getting prefilled, the form 1 cannot proceed for the next level.

Anybody has got experience, please do share the same.
