I want to know that whether service tax is applicable separately under composition scheme of works contract tax.and what sample bill of a works contract whose base value is Rs-100.

For a works contract service, VAT (under WCT) will be levied and Service tax (under WCT) also be levied seperately on the same service amount.
what sample bill of a works contract whose base value is Rs-100. -what it means, can u pls elaborate?

Base Value- 100
add Composite Tax(WCT)- 4
Total 104
Add-service tax @10.3% 10.3
Total bill value 114.3
What the benifit the contractee & contractor will get under this.
