18 March 2011 I want to know that whether service tax is applicable separately under composition scheme of works contract tax.and what sample bill of a works contract whose base value is Rs-100.

18 March 2011 For a works contract service, VAT (under WCT) will be levied and Service tax (under WCT) also be levied seperately on the same service amount.
