I the proprioter of audited firm I have taken unsecured loan of 5,00,000 rupees. during the year I have paid the interest but not any amount towards principal amount the interest amount is 50,000 So my equerry is whether this interest payment is considered as repayment of loan under 269 T as repayment of loan

My articleship is complete almost 2 year and 11 month. And my principal now want to give me transfer for last month. What procedure I should follow to take transfer during last 1 month. Can I rejoin in same city beacause of my principle is giving me transfer while I am not taking transfer. Please help me if I need to send an application to ICAI prior to submission of form 109. Most Iimportant point in this matter is my principal is giving me transfer on the basis of unsatisfactory behaviour so I have no proof to send to icai. Please help me.

In form 103 there is column regarding date on which deed of articles has been executed?? What is this date,it should be same as commencement of articles?
My commencement of articles is on 11-7-2014, i took stamp paper on 10-10-2014. So date on which deed of articles has been executed would be 10th or 11th

commissioner of the dvat deppt. has wrongly issued a notice for cancellation of dvat registration on the basis that i have filled return showing NIL turnover for last one year,which is null and void as i have not filled a nil return even for a single qtr.

what is the procedure to appeal against such notich.
what documents are required.
