04 August 2014 Can an individual be a Whole Time Director in more than 1 company, if the members for those companies are same and registered office is same as well?

04 August 2014 No, the provisions are specified in Section 203 (3). Though He/She can be a WTD in its subsidiary company at the same time.

He/She may act in the capacity of Director in other companies with the approval of BOD.
