Articleship transfer during last 6 month

04 August 2014 My articleship is complete almost 2 year and 11 month. And my principal now want to give me transfer for last month. What procedure I should follow to take transfer during last 1 month. Can I rejoin in same city beacause of my principle is giving me transfer while I am not taking transfer. Please help me if I need to send an application to ICAI prior to submission of form 109. Most Iimportant point in this matter is my principal is giving me transfer on the basis of unsatisfactory behaviour so I have no proof to send to icai. Please help me.

04 August 2014 the ans is no on ur principles allownace only now u cannot take tranfer as u need to first take icai's permission.

04 August 2014 On the basis of some argument coming up in an internal bank audit carried out by us jointly. But he take dicision against me without opportunity given to me for that matter. And now he is not ready to discuss anything with me or my parents about this. I was say sorry also for this. But I do not know why he is doing like this. If honestly we see into this matter I do not think that I am wrong.

04 August 2014 then u really cannot do so as u take transfer in some other city now in 3 rd year only this is allowed and first u need to seek permission from icai and then only u can file form 109 for transfer.
