We make a car Bullet proofing through Defence land System India Pvt Ltd.he paid bill in total Cost of Bullet proofing 3800000+ Service tax & Also Charge CST at Full rate please advice tax implication

tds applicable u/s 194J if u provide exclusive professional service and tds to be deducted excluding service tax portion

it is come under the 194C for labour charges only not for material for that they already charge CST.
