Hi experts, I am a CA qualified in Nov13. I worked in big4 for three months but resign from it because i came to know there is no scope of audits in industry. Now i dont have any job. I am not getting call from any company. And the one who call, demand for expirence. I dont know what to do. Cant go back in big4 again. Is Kpo industry a good option since there are jobs in either big4 or kpo/bpo.?? CA seems to be a curse to me..:(

Hi! This is my 2nd attempt of C.A. Final. I gave only 1st grp and did nt cleard it.
I'm very tensed and not able to decide whether I shld go for 1st grp or both the groups of C.A. Final in nov exams.
Please help me out as thre is not much time left.

please tell me is it mandatory to get exam form sign from CA in practice..?

i mean to say i hav completed my training, i knw that nw am nt required to get sign from my principal, i can get sign from any CA.. but is it mandatory that CA must b in practice..??

A Newly Incorporated Company wants to open a current account. Bank is requiring a Copy of Board Resolution duly filed with ROC along with Payment Receipt.
Is there provision in law that the Board resolution for opening bank account to be filed with ROC.
If it is required, then which section to quote in form MGT-14.

We are a software services provider company. Want to make a payment to our vendor who is giving similar services like software maintenance, Re-engineering, web designing. He is currently located in UAE and he is a Indian Non Resident. He provided bank details of UAE Bank our query is, how we can proceed for further payment. What will be the tax implication on us & on vendor ???
