I don't have income over the specified 200000 rupees but I have investment in stock markets (my only source of income that to only Rs.77000)

Am I reqd to furnish return??

23 August 2014 No it is not mandatory for you to file your Income Tax return since your income is below the exemption limit but its advisable that you file your Income Tax Return and maintain your Income Tax File properly.
