23 August 2014 In a proprietorship firm get a IT refund Cheque in his Current A/c No. But the name of Payee is the Proprietor of the firm. So tell me how can i solve this problem and how i will get the refund money

23 August 2014 it should not matter in a proprietorship firm as the firm and the proprietor are one and the same person. While depositing the cheque in bank, kindly disclose the facts to your banker in relation to the kYC of the proprietor.
