If a father is giving a house property to his married daughter who is NRI as a gift. Then what would be consequences in Income Tax Act when the daughter will sell out that property...Cost of acquisition in the hand of daughter would be NIL or cost to the previous owner?

I could not clear my IPCC exam this time and i have been trying since November...Now i have 77 days left n so many things to study coz of the changed syllabus...I am not understanding what to do and how to plan my studies...Please help me..

i don't know much of English , i write one simple sentence with lots of thinking if it come out wrong then what'll happen , what ppl will say etc this fear grew up with me after my 1oth class , i was student of hindi medium & in my home also..no one talk in english , i feel shame sometime bcoz ppl around my college and classes talk in english write big big paragraph bt i can't do :( with this fear i stopped talking with ppl , i want to do ca bt then again can i become good ca with poor eng :( yeah i learn some hard words daily bt it don't help in talking or writing :( i know there is no shortcut and me too ready to do hard work, please help experts

I have cleared my second group of ipcc on 22nd august 2014. My 2.5 years articles will complete by 06th october 2014. Can I register for final and give my attempt in november 2014? If so,what is the process of sending registration and exam forms? Please extend your valuable help.

I have completed my articleship period of 3 years in this month. And my principal is strongly denied to sign form 108. As i know that I have a option of submitting form 119 within 15 days of denial to principal and institute. And my CA final attempt is in November, 14.

My problems are:

1. Can I appear in November Exam. If I can appear than which documents should i submit along with exam form and CA other than my principal can sign the exam form.

2. In case of excess leave when can I take transfer to another firm. I mean Can I take transfer as soon as I submit the form 119 or wait for a certain period or for action from the Principal. If I have to wait then till when should i wait.

3. Regarding form 119- how many copies should I make and how can I send these to the institute and principal i.e personally or through speed post.

4. What will be the proof of submitting form 119 to the institute and principal with me so that I can show the effective date of submitting this form when it is required.

An assesee succesfully claimed long term capital gains tax exemption in asst year 2007-08 under section 54.He sold ancestrol house property and purchased a residential property.
Now in asst year 2014-15 he sold another ancestrol property which is liable for LTCG
Can he claim exemption again by purchasing another residencial property under section 54.
