Urgent help please

24 August 2014 my exam is in november 2014 and my articleship is due to be complete on 23rd mar. 2015 but if due to some reason i will not be registered in articleship on 1st november 2014(i.e. exam month) whether i would be eligible to appear in exam that is my first attempt of final. pls help me.

v) The candidate must be in service as on 01-11-2014 and serving the last six months of training including excess leave. If any, and due to complete 3 years on or before 30th April, 2015. ( for Intermediate IPCC student) (Certificate of service to this effect should be sent to Additional Secretary(Exam) by 15th December, 2014) or
