24 August 2014 my exam is in november 2014 and my articleship is due to be complete on 23rd mar. 2015 but if due to some reason i will not be registered in articleship on 1st november 2014(i.e. exam month) whether i would be eligible to appear in exam that is my first attempt of final. pls help me.

24 August 2014 Your query is not clear to me. One side you are saying your articleship is going to complete in March 2015 and on the other hand you are saying about registration of articleship in Nov 2014.

As per rule during last 6 months of CA articleship student can give CA Final attempt so as per the rule you are eligible for Nov 2014 attempt. For more clarity visit your nearest ICAI office or have a chat with ICAI officials.
