I want to get transfer to another firm but my problem is i have already completed my 1 year of articleship plz help me for that..?? Can i continue in same city after secondment???

Hello Sir/Madam.
I gave my IPCC exam first attempt in May 2014 and cleared both the groups with 419 marks.
I need some help in choice of a good articleship firm. I want to do it from a reputed mid size firm which gives me nice exposure & experience.
I stay in Thane & most of the good mid size firms are in proper Bombay or places far from Thane.
So i guess that much travelling would be hectic as I have to manage my college and CA final classes also.
Whats your opinion on this ?
Can you please suggest some good reputed mid size firms near Thane or Mulund.
Also, whether mid size firms give exposure in all fields ? I want some what exposure & knowledge in all fields or departments even though they put me in one particluar department.
So is this possible in a mid size firm ?

My friend need to file their Income Tax Return for the AY 2012-13 manually. They went to Income Tax Office and fill the Manual ITR 1 Form for the AY 2012-13 and submit the same but the Income Tax Counter Officers does not accept that return.

Kindly let me know, how to file my friends Income Tax Return and get the Acknowledgement from the IT Dept.

My client have query. He has given money for divorce settlement to her wife. Her ex wife now ask more more because she told my client that money receive by her is taxable. So net in her hand will be less amount. So she ask more money for payment of tax at the rate of 30. My question is that is it taxable in the hand of receiver?.
