due to mistake A return for Financial year 13-14 has already been online filled to income tax Department. I want to ask Can I file return for FY 2012-2013 in any section????

belated return for the F.Y 12-13 (A.Y 2013-14)can be filed up to 31.03.2015

can be filed by 31.3.2015 only if the assessment is not completed as per sec 139(4)

Yes. You can file return for FY 2012-13 after filing return of FY 2013-14. Return will be filed u/s 139 (4). Be aware of section 271F under which a Maximum penalty of Rs 5000/- may be imposed for filing the return after the end of relevant Assessment Year.
