In the books of an Individual, how to show the value of fixed assets? Is it includes amount paid+ancially cost such as registration fee and stamp duty.?

Ex: Value of land 10,50,000/- regd charges:80,150/-
How to show in the books?
total value as 10,50,000/- or 11,30,150/-
