I have a query about the 45 sections of Companies Act, 2013, which are made applicable by the ICAI for CA Final Examination in November 2014 that whether those 45 sections clearly abolishes the related old sections of Companies Act, 1956 or we have to study those sections alongwith the new 45 sections.

sir/mam plz tell me any changes in ipc grp 2 in advance accounting and audit which is applicable for nov 2014...plz solve my query soon as possible. Thanx

I am incorporating a pvt ltd company as per new companies act rules.
I got the following error message from MCA Website after submitting Form Inc 7, Inc 22 & Dir 12, " Rule 16(1)(a) & Rule 13(1) not complied with. Hence REJECTED. "

They have not specified anything about which rules, they are referring to.
I have searched every where on the net, including Companies Incorporation Rules 2014, Appointment of Director's Rules 2014, etc but unable to find Rule 16(1)(a) & Rule 13.

Pls help.

1) If the director of any pvt co is interested in any proprietorship concern then whether interest is also to be reported in form MBP1.

2) Plz provide the drafted board resolution if any company has already filed for DPT4
in June.

Plz help me, I hv register pan no on efiling portal, .After secussfully register I got activation link on email id but not received activation pin on registered mobile no. Although I again resend activation link get but not activation pin. Plz help.
