My office (Govt irrigation office) received the enforceable TDS arrears demand notice from DY. Commissioner of Income Tax , TDS circle, which says as follows,
"As per the information available with this office, the enforceable TDS arrears demand out of total outstanding arrear Demand of Rs 62,88,027/- is payable by your TAN" Further the gave details as follows
Interest on late payment - 3,58,821/-
Additional late payment interest against the processing of latest corrections 8536/-
Late filing levy u/s 234E before 01/06/2015 - 2,44,800/-
Late filing levy u/sec 234E after 01/06/2015 - 6200/-
Manual demand - 0/- and
Grand total - 6,19,022/-
The above mentioned demand raised against your TAN be paid immediately.
Further, they are tailing that balance demand of Rs 56,69,005/- either reduce by same by filing revised / Corrections statements if these are not accounts of quoting incorrect PAN/Challans details etc…
Further they requested that irrespective of above please download the justification repot/conso file of your Tan to view short deductions/short payments/ Wrong(incorrect )PAN no./Challan mismatch for your own clarification and reduction by revision/correction statement.
How to solve this problem, What all are the documents shall i ask from that particular office to rectify this problem? Is there any format for this is available

In response to the documents asked by tax department for assessment of ITR of the company for a particular year ,the employer is required to submit salary/remuneration details with below details along with other non-salary details of financials.
My queries are
1, Are all details are mandatory and relevant ? Why are they asking Banking details.?
2. At Sr. no. 6, what details should be provided ?
(i) Gross salary as per salary registers(all twelve months) before any deduction(PF/Tax) will suffice ? This details will not have reim(tele/books/LTA etc) and other perqs directly paid by employer for employees ? or
(ii) details from 24Q Annual salary details( that has gross taxable salary including taxable Perqs), will serve the purpose ?
With which they will cross check the above submitted details ? Please guide all the query.
1, Name of employees 2. Address along with contact nos 3.Designation and Nature of work 4. Qualification 5. Permanent Account Number 6. Amount of salary and remuneration paid during the year 7.Account number and bank address of the employee where salary/remuneration is deposited

Dear all,
Can anybody help me and provide draft/sample reply to ROC regarding revival of company name. One of my friend's company name has been struck off by the ROC under section 248(5). Although his company had Nil turnover and didn't commence business for than one year. We want to request ROC by sending direct letter to revive back the company's name as we have sufficient reasons and documents to prove that we were in planning and research and development process.
