Annual return of Eating House

Sir,

I am running 1 eating house on annual rent, my 1st query is whether i have to fill my personal return.2nd whether i have to fill return for eating house.

TDS Rate on Hotel Charges


Kindly suggest me the TDS Rate for the Charges paid for Hotel the durationfor stay in hotel not more than 3 days. AS per my view TDS should be charges under section 194-I ?

Articalship leave

Hi Friends,
I m a CA Final year Student.
i started my articalship from 19/08/2006.
my Final exam attempt in Nov 2008.

so i want know about articalship leave.
till date i avail 45days leave,
so i want know how much leave provided during the articalship period (3 Year)

service tax liability

following is the bill raised by me
job charges=200000
+service tax=24000
total 224000
now, my client has deducted in total 10000/-and verbally told that 2000/- being deducted for negligence and 8000/-being deducted for the third party i.e the ultimate customer being dissatisfied.my client has paid 190000/ and availed cenvat credit of rs.24000/-.should i pay s.t on 190000/ or 200000/.please advice.

1. What is the differance between a partner and the designated partner?(w.r.t. liability and income)
2. Is the consent of all the partners or designated partners required for admission of a new partner or retirement of a partner(designated or otherwise)?
3.Why should one go for an Limited liability partnership and not for a company.
4.Extent of liabality of partners in various situations
