i have 2assets(computer assesories)1 is value of 4000(purchased on 15march) and other of 1500rs(purchased on 16march).can i write off this asset.?as per which act co's or as per I.Tact

RECURRING DEPOSIT

IF I(GRANDMOTHER) HAVE DEPOSITED FOR MY GRANDSON MONTHLY RS 1000 FOR 5 YEARS IN POST OFFICE RECURRING DEPOSIT .NOW AT MATURITY I GOT CHEQUE IN HIS NAME SINCE HE BECOMES MAJOR NOW WHETHER "INT ON RD" ON MATURIY WILL BE TAXED IN HIS HANDS?
IF YES WHETHER I HAVE TO EXECUTE SOME DEED FOR THIS ?
WHETHER HE CAN UTILISE THIS MONEY FOR ANY PURPOSE OR BY UTILISING THIS AMT SOME OTHER HAVE EFFECT?

Hi everyone,I'have cleared my b.com in june-2008. Also i have cleared cpt exam in june 2008. Now i want to continue with ca-pcc as well as cs-executive course simultaneously. Profit of trust

In case of a trust not wholly for the purpose of charity, but who obtains rental income from outside, does its profit attract tax. Can the profit be claimed as utilised in India for the purpose of the business. or can it be shown as accumulated unutilized portion? Any contribution to the trust attracts exemption U/s 80G.

Exemption of HRA

A person and his wife are joint owners of a property. The husband pays rent to his wife for the share of property owned by her. The husband is a salaried person and receives HRA. Can he claim exemption u/s 10 (13A) for the rent paid by him to his wife ? Please define any case.
