Industrial training

i am willing to go for industrial training but my principal is not giving me the termination and he is saying we are bound to do the articleship for 3 years under him.Can i approach ICAI in this regard? Is there any any restriction that i can go for industrial traing only if the principal allows. Is it sufficient if i give 3 months notice?

TDS on Rent

at what rate tax has to be deducted on the rent payable to a private trust. is there any difference if any one of the beneficiaries of the trust is not an individual?

Housing Loan Interest

Housing Loan on same house is taken by Husband & wife jointly with 1st borrower being wife
can loss from house property of Rs.150,000 (interest) be claimed by each of the borrower? ( i.e. Rs. 300,000 )
whether it can be possible to claim loss from house property (Rs. 150000 )by wife for initial years and later by husband if only Rs. 150,000 is allowed
