Actually we have started deduction of TDS from January 2009, now we are deduction TDS of one of our party on their all bills from April to Till date but we want to file only fourth quarter Return so should we also calculated late interest on this .

Please reply me soon Its too urgent for me

Supportive course to CA

I m PCC Student - Group II cleared in Nov. 08 & appering for 1st Group in June 09. My Final Exam attempt will be in Nov. 2010. I have also completed Graduation in March 08. Pls suggest me any course which will be completed within 2 years & supportive for My CA Course. Many have suggested me to do CS.

gift by HUF

Can HUF gift the amt standing at the name of their ex-karta to the present Karta's Son.....

will it be shown as loan to him from HUF or their will be any other treatment possible ??????

TDS Return if Pan is not available

As per captioned subject I like to ask, if we don't have pan no.(generally in case of transporters deductee)so how we can submit the return as it is mandautory to have minimum of 90% of pan of the total deductee.
