hi! i am ipcc student willing to give my first attempt of both groups in may 13. I want to ask i want to do CS alongside CA so what time would it be the best to give the foundation attempt of this so as to yield best output. You know it CS also involves training so is there's any way that my articleship of CA and CS can be merged??

There is a CA Firm with two partners. One is going to retire and a new partner is joining at the same time. What are the procedures to follow with ICAI ? Whether One deed is sufficient for the retirement & admission ? Whether the copy of deed has to be sent to ICAI along with Form 18 ?

I am about to complete my articleship of 3 years.
I have taken total leave of 201 days (including 123 days for CA final Examination).
Also i have earned a credit of 63 days during my 3 years articleship period.

Now, do i have to serve any extention??

One of my friend conducting trading business in kerala.He purchased good from west bengal and they sent good to kerala .While checking the material,he found that 30% and the material are out of purchase order and same will be difficult to liquidate. He planning to return back the same material to the company. Please mention what are the document should be kept for smooth transfer of material . Kindly help us.
