There is a CA Firm with two partners. One is going to retire and a new partner is joining at the same time. What are the procedures to follow with ICAI ? Whether One deed is sufficient for the retirement & admission ? Whether the copy of deed has to be sent to ICAI along with Form 18 ?

Copy of the deed need not be sent. Intimation in appropriate form (18) is sufficient.
