Please guide me that whether in case of partition of HUF, any kind of payment of Stamp Duty is involve???

All the shares will be transferred to co-parcener, then do we need to execute partition deed only or any other procedure will also involve.

in mock test of ca club india in final course i find a question in which the minor can be appointed as a director of a pvt. co . in some cases but we cannot apply for din so how can be minnor become a director of a pvt. co ??????????????????????.

Hi,
I have a property that is rented out while i myself stay in a rented property in the same city.
This property was acquired on a joint home loan between self and wife with the sole purpose of making it easy/seamless in the untimely event of my death for my wife to take over the loan payments.
All loan payments and the EMIs are paid effectively by me only.
However my company seems to think that since it is a joint loan, the interst amout should be split between the 2 of us instead of being claimed only by me ? Is that really true?

A company AB Ltd has 2 director A & B. B is retiring from the company and C is admitting. My quesry is
1. Can one Form 32 be filed for both the events?
2.Can one resolution be passed for both the events and
3. In case of 2 resolution what would be the date of resolution put in Form 32 Verification II column, date of admission or Cessation resolution?
