We are planning to buy a software from ebay.in (GLOBAL EASYBUY). The seller is in abroad and ebay.in has listed the item in INR. The item price includes custom clearance fee and shipping fee etc. The seller says they will give me an invoice at the time of delivery and it will not contain any receipt for custom fee paid. Since this product is coming from abroad

1. KINDLY LET ME KNOW IF I HAVE TO HAVE A COPY OF CUSTOM FEE RECEIPT?

2. WHAT OTHER RECEIPTS I SHOULD HAVE TO USE THE PRODUCT LEGALLY IN INDIA?

Whether salary paid to resident employees is allowed if TDS has not been deducted. Please quote relevant section.

i send the conversion application (from pcc to ipcc) on 3 days before (16/8/13) . but my last date for applying the ipcc exam is just 10 days short. please help

i hd registered fr ipcc on 2/2/2009, n as rule one shld revalidate his registration after 4 yrs. n my registration has expired. I wanted 2 appear fr nov 13 exams so i hd cald icai so dey told me send d revalidatn applicatn n fill d exam form mentioning in d exam form dat u have applied fr revalidation. I hv already posted d revalidation applicatn on 13/8/13. So my query is whether is der any option available such as 'applied for revalidation'( to tick mark or sumthing) while filling online exam form???? Plz help ....!! as d last date of filling online exam form is nearing....!!thanks a ton!!!!!
