13 August 2013 I am working as Accounts Manager in a Pvt Ltd co, wherein I am a responsible to sign on form 16A. My name & PAN no also submitted to IT departments by the company.

What are my responsibilities & duties for issuing form 16A. Am I personally responsible for any mistakes made by company under TDS provisions.

you need to issue form16/16a with in time allowed in Rule 31A,

for form 16--on or before 31may
for form 16a-with in 15 days from the date of filing of return
