I am working as Accounts Manager in a Pvt Ltd co, wherein I am a responsible to sign on form 16A. My name & PAN no also submitted to IT departments by the company.
What are my responsibilities & duties for issuing form 16A. Am I personally responsible for any mistakes made by company under TDS provisions.

ur duty is to issue form 16Acorreclty after verifying all the facts and within time as prescribed.

It is just making you as authorised person for issuing & certifying form16/16A on behalf of company
you need to issue form16/16a with in time allowed in Rule 31A,
for form 16--on or before 31may
for form 16a-with in 15 days from the date of filing of return
No personal liabilities attached to you
