the ans is yes provided any of tds section should be applicable then only.

No. Say Tax Audit is applicable for FY 2012-13 then TDS required to be deducted from FY 2013-14 onward.

i think the querist need to know abt the applicabilty of tds provisions even by others when others are making payment to them.
Eg in case of they indulge in works contract the sec 194C if is satisfied then tds needs to be deducted.

To me it seems question is whether Prop Business is required to start deducting TDS from the year of Tax Audit itself.
