What should be the date of deduction???
For specific
1. if expense date is 01/06/2012
2. if expense date is 07/06/2012
3. if expense date is 30/06/2012

Can we start articleship after November attempt I.e before results but after exam...and if yes will it be counted in our articleship training?

I am in the process of Incorporation of a PVT LTD CO. I filed FORM 1A and obtained name approval. Now Form 18 requires address proof. Can I create a rental deed in the name of proposed company and in such will it be valid since the Co not yet incorporated. And also who will be the signing authority in case of this deed since Directors are now only getting appointed through Form 32.

Please also share a lease deed sample.

Suppose if a CA conducting a company audit as per Co. Act, prepare audit report in form 3CA and shows profit below 8%.
Should he also have to conduct tax audit u/s 44AB?

I Completed both groups of Ipcc in november 2012 and started my articleship in the month of may.After joining the firm i realised there is no scope of learning much in this firm as this is just a branch and there are no local clients..hence am planning to take transfer to a firm that will give me the required exposure and increase my scope of learning..
