Export of material

Dear Experts,

We are a Pvt. Ltd. Co,we received a order from South Africa for supply of material
of Euro 70000/-
We do not have a factory, all material will be manufactured and supplied through ours suppliers. We are only having IEC CODE, VAT registration.
Kindly let us know what is the procedure for export of material.

Our company is situated in Bangalore. Billing address ( Customer) is bangalore but the material should be delivered in Kerala. Should the bill be raised under VAT 14.5% / CST 14.5% (without 'C' form)? Pls clarify in brief

Validity of registration in ipcc

I registered myself in IPCC in jan.2010 .my problem is can my registration is valid for may 2014 .second can I give exam in may 2014 ,
Since not give any attempt in 2013.

Hi,
I am planning to do my MBA (Finance)along with ICWA inter simultaneously. Here goes my question.. Can i go for finance related job after MBA and ICWA inter and claim exemption later on i.e after having an experience of 3years or more. or should i join for costing related jobs only ? I am confused.please help
