Tds credit

TDS has been deducted for FY 2010-11. But we did not take such credit in FY 2010-11 and took such credit in FY 2011-12.
Department issued intimation U/s 143(1) and a liability of such credit was shown by the department.
What can be done to take such credit?

Return filling....

I have filled ITR For A.Y 2010-11 & 2011-12 as per section 139 i.e within due date but i was unable to continue same in a.y 2012-13 Due to some reasons, as the return has become time barred now is it possible to file the same as it is reflecting the income below taxable limit hence nil tax....

moreover is there any problem if i skip the same and file the return for A,y 2013-14....accordingly.. ..

seeking for urgent rply.....

Classification of service tax

Dear sir
i want to know proper classification of service whether it is responsibility of service recipient or service provider

example: if sevice provider has made classification under category A and service receiptent has taken credit accordingly there. further service tax department has disallowed the credit to receiptent based on that classification should be under B category which does not eligible for credit

Total Bill Amount=112360

In Tax amount 12360- 75%=9270 to be paid by the contract receiver
remaining 25% of Tax amount 3090 to be paid by the service Provider.
