Dear sir
i want to know proper classification of service whether it is responsibility of service recipient or service provider
example: if sevice provider has made classification under category A and service receiptent has taken credit accordingly there. further service tax department has disallowed the credit to receiptent based on that classification should be under B category which does not eligible for credit

I totally agree with you. What is the name of the cenvat credit? and what is the output service provided by the service provider?
