hello sir we have asked the company to confirm debtors and creditors balance externally but they said that they will send confirmations after finalization of accounts and now difference is found between balance externally confirmed by parties and it is material.....what effect we can give of this in accounts? ?

I want to apply EPCG application for indiginious machinery. In this process, someone says 5%basic customs duty will also save on indigenous machinery. But as I known, We pay customs duty only on imported goods.Then how I can claim 5% customs duty on indiginious machinery.Sir please clarify
