Liquidation - b list contributories

In a winding up of a company, certain creditors remain unpaid.
The following persons had transferred their holding before winding up:

The shares were of Rs. 100 each

One member named "R" who held 200 shares died on 28th Feb.1996 when amount due to creditors was Rs.15000. His shares were transmitted to his son named "X"

Z was the transferee of shares held by "T"
Z paid Rs.20 per share as calls in advance immediately on becoming a member

The liquidation of the company commenced on 1st Feb,1997 when the liquidator made a call on the present and past contributors to pay the amount

Quantify the maximum liability of the transferors of shares mentioned in the above table. when the transferee:

(1) pay the amount due as "present" member
contributories
(2) do not pay the amount due as "present" member contributories

Also quantify the liability of "X" to whom shares were shares were transmitted on the demise of his father "R"

our firm registered under micro small and medium enterprise. our debtors are not paying payment on time. Inspite it was due more then 180 days, some due more than a year. we have intimated them orally that we are registered under micro small and medium enterpreise. our my debtors falls under s-44 ab ie audit appibalble them. is in there audit report Their Statutory CA mentioned in reporting this due of amt payable by them ? if our debtors do not give information to their ca, how then they come to know about dues o/s to us.
pl alos guide us what steps we can take to collect the payment inspite of spoiling business relation and follow systematic action.

Cpt registeration and attempt

I have for cpt exam in may 2013 i have got my study materials and i have anim of passing cpt in first attempt, but the problem is i want to give exam in the month of june 2014 is this creates any problems in between me and my aim please reply expert sir/ madam.

Intimation from cpc

I have received intimation u/s 245 from CPC for the Asst year 2013-14 stating that refund determined during processing is adjusted against the outstanding demand for Asst year 2011-12.
I had filed the return (refund due)for the Asst.year 2011-12 manually & online for the Asst.year 2013-14(refund Due).
I have not received intimation u/s 143 for the Asst.year 2011-12.How to go about it.
If I need to make a request for the intimation u/s 143 manually what's the format for letter of reuest

Credit of gidc bill

my factory under GIDC and GIDC give yearly bill for the of servive charges,N.A.A.bill and infrastructure upgradation bill with tax can i take credit of this bill. infra.upgradation charges service tax on 60% of bill amount so can i take credit on that amount? is that cover under works contract ?

Remuneration clause in firms's deed

Can we put remuneration clause in a deed like this: Please clarify
1.That the both the Partners are entitled to remuneration under section 40(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 w.e.f the execution of the Deed of Partnership is as under:

The remuneration, for every year, is calculated as specified under section 40(b) of the Income Tax Act,1961, and the same can be divided between the partners as per their Profit/Loss sharing ratio.

Partner’s P&L Ratio A 70% & B 30%
