20 October 2013 We have purchased an NBFC company for which the ROC compliances have been done... Can any one help me with the compliance that have to be done to intimate the RBI with the details like the change of address of the NBFC, Change in shareholders and directorship

20 October 2013 Please refer to RBI Circular DNBS(PD).CC.No 344./03.02.001/2013-14 dated 1 July 2013.

Please note that Deposit taking NBFC requires prior RBI approval for change of management as prescribed under The Non-Banking Financial Companies (Deposit Accepting) (Approval of Acquisition or Transfer of Control) Directions, 2009

21 October 2013 Thanks for your prompt reply....No this is not a deposit taking NBFC, it is registered U/s 45IA (not valid for taking public deposit)...
