The form1a for a company has been files more than 60 days.After that Form 1,18 and 32 are yet to be filedHence the SRN does not show vailidity. Whar steps do I need to takae to register the name again?

sir, may I know does followings put any impact on job profile or not..... 1. very less marks in graduation and also CA exams but clears out in first attempt. 2.very less marks in graduation but above 60 percent marks in CA Exams.......but not cleared CA IPCC and CA FINAL in first attempt..... please suggest..

my CA filed TDS returns yearly for april 2012 to march 2013 instead of quarterly and now I got penalty to be paid from TRACES for late filing the returns of rupees more than 10000 so what should I do?
my CA says many people have got such notice but no one will pay so I also don't pay
please advise

ABC Pvt. Ltd. , a private ltd co. has not yet filed annual returns with ROC (Form 23AC, ACA, 20B)

The existing auditors have expressed unwillingness to be re-appointed for the next year. Can Form 23AC, ACA and form 20B be filed without new appointment of auditors ? Please advise

This is because at the moment directors are undecisive about whom to appoint as auditors.

hi I am swaroop,I registered CA inter course through direct entry after complicated my b.com(date august 26-2013) .I received temporary SROTO 410065 number by icai email notification 2 weeks ago(20-September-2013),but still I not getting permanent register number.when I get my permanent reg no. I am ready submitted all my b.com degree attested copies with my application .I also checked enrollment number list in ICAI websites but I can't find my register number. so is there any other way to knew my permanent registration number. I have 8 yrs. experience in accounting and still working in private job.
