Accounts Executive

Job Description

Aashok F&C Advisory is seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Accounts Executive / CA Articleship Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and advisory services. You will work closely with lead consultants to manage day-to-day accounting operations, assist with GST reconciliations, and support client compliance portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate day-to-day books of accounts using accounting software (such as Tally).
Perform month-end bank, ledger, and GST/ITC reconciliations.
Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly tax filings (GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns).
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports under supervision.
Coordinate with team members and clients to retrieve supporting documentation and resolve accounting queries.
Support ongoing compliance audits, statutory reporting, and advisory projects.

Skills Required

Requirements:
CA Student / Semi-Qualified CA (eligible for Articleship or entry-level training).
Basic to intermediate understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
Proficiency with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data entry.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently in a remote mode.
