in a development agreement between owner of land and builder, out of 50 flat 20 flats will be retain by the owner of the land as against the cost of land and remaining flats will be sold by the builder.

my query is: what is the point of taxation on the 20 flats which are retain by the land owner and what will be the valuation of these 20 flats?

whether any service taken for repairs and maintenance of office is a separate service from works contrct.or will it be covered under works contract service? As in that case we will not be eligible to take input credit of works contract service.

Why interest on loan taken for construction of house Property is allowed as deduction on accrual basis and not payment basis since chance of assessee defaulting on payment of interest is also there?If he defaults in payment of interest then also he will get deduction for the same u/s 24? Isn't it illogical?

we the people of India that is Bharat, proud? the efforts of ICA creating such a unique and highly intellectual professionals who by their hard work save the nation's economy from the unrealistic, undeserved, conventionally denied the share of poor Bharatiya because conventional rules allow the accountants to save the money of their clients as much as possible, is it healthy for the nation in true spirit ? or there should be such a strict laws to punish for the same? the people whose share denied indirectly do not contribute in any way in property of such clients? or the convention should run in future unbroken ?

Finally am doing actuarial science along with CA. I know a firm who works as a surveyor i.e. insurance and risk analyst.
So experts i would like to know should i do articleship with that firm?
