22 December 2013 we the people of India that is Bharat, proud? the efforts of ICA creating such a unique and highly intellectual professionals who by their hard work save the nation's economy from the unrealistic, undeserved, conventionally denied the share of poor Bharatiya because conventional rules allow the accountants to save the money of their clients as much as possible, is it healthy for the nation in true spirit ? or there should be such a strict laws to punish for the same? the people whose share denied indirectly do not contribute in any way in property of such clients? or the convention should run in future unbroken ?

there are adequate provisions in the law to tackle such elements in the profession. Several CAs are arrested every year in such cases. In case you come across such instances, you should also report to the relevant authorities. I am not sure what conventional rules you are referring to.
