Now X employee want to take the rebate 15000/- against medical bills .

Now question is he is legible for 15000-10000= 5000/-

or fully 15,000/-.

I have submitted refund reissue 6 times over a period of 1 yr for an old refund of FY2009-10.
The online refund reissue process has been followed accurately. I have ticket numbers for all the requests / complaints / calls to the CPC call centre (1800 425 2229).

CPC is unable to resolve the problem for 1 yr and my refund has not yet arrived.

How do I raise an official grievance / complaint for this?
