08 January 2014 My Training is Completed For a period of 1 year 2.5 months. Can i take transfer. Can i'm registered with new ca firm by back date by paying late fee fine for non submission of articleship registration form.

08 January 2014 After 1 year ,you can take transfer only on specified grounds.If you are not covered under specified grounds then it would be better to go for either secondment of articles(maximum for 12months) or industrial training in the last year of training.

09 January 2014 Yes you can do so,,it can be done if your employer supports you
