Dear Friends we have a public Charitable trust in chennai. The maximum trustees that can be appointed is 21. We want to appoint new trustee which will make the total trustees to 25. Can anybody tell what is the procedure to amend this clause in trust deed related to max. number of trustees?

can a pl co give corporate guarantee to a firm in which director of that co is a partner?whthr it will violate sec 185 of Co. Act,2013 ? If AOA of the Co provides power to the board as per sec 293(1)(d) of the old act then also this new sec 185 will attract? Since all the sec of new act are not effective till date whether Power to Board will hold any place in giving guarantee?

i have read in as that preliminary expenses have to be written off one shot. but until now we have studied that preliminary expenses have to be written off in 5 years

By mistake i have deposited excess TDS U/S 195 , for the quarter the excess is shown as advance paid(TDS)for the quarter closing(Q3). Please tell any other alternative ,what can be done for the same .with regard to refund of the same excess paid.or set off against future TDS under the same section.

I have filed form 1 for registration of a new company on 07/01/2014.

I got a resubmission message with following errors

1)Pvt. Ltd. defenition should be as per C.A. 2013. ii). S/o OR D/o of details in respect of subscribers and witness are to be written in the execution pages.

a)how should i rewrite the aoa with defenition as per CA 2013?can you provide the format for this.
b)whatis meant by execution pages.
also please provide a format for this also
