Amendment in public trust deed - procedure

13 January 2014 Dear Friends we have a public Charitable trust in chennai. The maximum trustees that can be appointed is 21. We want to appoint new trustee which will make the total trustees to 25. Can anybody tell what is the procedure to amend this clause in trust deed related to max. number of trustees?

13 January 2014 A new trustee can be appointed if :-
any person appointed as trustee disclaims
any trustee dies
any trustee is absent from India for a continuous period of 6 months or leaves India for the purpose of residing abroad
any trustee is declared an insolvent
any trustee desires to be discharged from the trust or refuses to act as trustee or accepts an inconsistent trust
if any trustee, in the opinion of a court becomes unfit or personally incapable to act as a trustee.

14 January 2014 Weather We need to enter into new supplementary deed or amendment deed for appointing new trustees.
we already registered Original Trust deed containing 11 members and now we want to add another new 12 members. what is the legal process.
