My query is that
I had purchased a commercial property for 45 lacs but transaction in white was for 18 lacs in 2008 now am selling it on 20 aprl 2014 for 59 lacs.
How can I save capital gain..?
Can I invest in residential property..?
Can I construct a residential property..?
What is the possible way out

one of my client has registered a firm but not yet done any kind of business and not a single rs is earned or expended. is he required to file ITR for partnership firm for previous years?? now out of the three partners has retired and single partner wants to convert that into sole business firm .what are the formalities?? pls suggest thanks
