24 March 2014 can anyone send me the pricess of incorporating a company and the amount which is required to pay for various procedures? also what is the general rate charged for incorporating a company if a company is a small sized co. having paid up cap. of approx. 8 to 10 lakhs initially.

2) Apply for Name Approval - Form 1A (Here your main objecte of the company is need to be submitted)
3) Draft Detailed MoA & AoA
4) Post approval of Form 1A, file Form 1, 18 & 32.
5) If ROC Ask for resubmission , then do it by incorporating requisite Changes.
