I have received an intimation for refund held due to want of IFSC code. I was informed to apply for refund request. But till now I have not received US 143 notice for AY 2013-14. Hence I dont have the communication reference no and refund sequence no. On my website my us 143 notice is showing as processing. Upon several calls to CPC toll free number I am being informed that I will be receiving the same soon. My return was filed on 25/09/2013.Please guide so as to get my refund by the earliest.

I am a Housewife. I am coaching the students up to class 8. And I am having income from FnO(stocks)

My total income becomes nearly 1.5 lakhs. Considering the above mentioned categories, I have filled ITR4 last year for the first time.

But this year I have not done any transaction in FnO and only tuition income is there (95000 approx). This time shall I fill ITR1 with tuition income as income from other sources, because there is no business income ? OR ITR4 only is mandatory because once I have already filled it.

I want to know whether companies act2013 is applicable for nov2014 exam

2. May i registered for articled training or practical training before completion of IIT & Orientation Course training.

3. How can a student will do practical training for 9 months & CA Coaching Classes simultaneously?

we have a manufacturer of ply woods & flush doors. now we have establish the biomass briqutting plant in our factory for wastage recycling. our unit is not a excisable unit becoz our turnover is under 1.5 crore. but when i sold the biomass brieqquets the our turnover has crossed the limit of excise. now we wants to know that are our units is liable for excise duty or not
