Plz help me on this query.

My husband changed jon during mid of previous f.y. HRA deduction is not provided by previous co. in form 16.

Can it is claimed now while submitting return!!!

13 June 2014 was is provided in the salary slips? if yes, then you can make the claim for deduction in the tax return itself.
