please help me on the simple topic of distributing the remuneration to the partner. I just know that there is change in the slabs for calculating the allowable remuneration but the problem is that i don't know how to provide the remuneration.

Respected Sir, I am in my second year of articleship. I have taken transfer from my first firm as on 30-April-2013(till then i had completed 20 months of articleship in my first firm) & got approval from the Institute. I had started my second term of articleship in another firm as on 1-May-2013. Yet, I have not re registered for the second time as I was waiting for the institute's approval. Two days ago in written I have received the approval from the honorary Institute. But I am worried what I would do if they asked for the xerox copy of Form 102.

I have completed my articleship 5-6 months ago. I want to pursue CFP along with CA. Do I need to notify ICAI regarding the same? Do I have to submit form 112 or any other form regarding the same? The course is an external(self-study)course & I am not going to attend any classes for the same.

what is the procedure if i want to cancel my present articles registration as i m not yet registered as it is pending due to my Form 112 and then register again with other principal?? and whether it is possible if i terminate my articles at present and then continue after few months as i have my Tybcom so what is the procedure for that ??

In the last Month i.e. for March 2013 a Penalty of Rs.1000 paid For PT, should it be included in form 3CD Pt.17 Sub part(e):
e)(i) Expenditure by way of penalty or fine for violation of any law for the time being in force;
(ii)Any other penalty or fine;
Should i show this amount here or not.
